Agreement to Terms
Welcome to RPMile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RPMILE GROUP LLC ("RPMile," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the RPMile platform located at rpmile.com (the "Platform").
BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

Platform Description
RPMile is a job matching platform that connects professional CDL (Commercial Driver's License) drivers with trucking companies. Our Platform enables:
- Drivers to search for companies and submit job applications
- Companies to search for drivers and send job offers
- Direct messaging between drivers and companies
- Profile creation and management for both user types
Platform Status and Regulatory Disclaimer
RPMile is a technology platform only.
RPMile is not:
- A motor carrier
- A freight broker
- A freight forwarder
- A dispatch service
- A staffing agency, employment agency, or recruiter
- A background check provider
- A consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
RPMile does not provide transportation services and does not arrange freight transportation. RPMile does not verify and does not guarantee compliance by drivers or companies with DOT, FMCSA, CDL, safety, insurance, or employment requirements.
Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- For drivers: hold a valid CDL license when seeking employment
- For companies: be legally authorized to hire CDL drivers
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
User Accounts
Registration
You may register for an account using:
- Phone Number: you will receive SMS verification codes
- Email Address: you will receive email verification links
Account Types
- Driver Account: for professional CDL drivers seeking employment
- Company Account: for trucking companies seeking to hire drivers
You may only create one account per person or company. Multiple accounts for the same entity are prohibited.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate
Phone Number and Email Requirements
If you register via email, you may update your phone number.
Email addresses can be changed but require verification.
We may require identity verification steps before approving sensitive account changes, to prevent fraud and account takeover.
SMS Communications and Consent
Verification Messages
BY PROVIDING YOUR PHONE NUMBER DURING REGISTRATION OR LOGIN, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO RECEIVE SMS TEXT MESSAGES FROM RPMILE.
These SMS messages will:
- Contain 4 digit verification codes for account authentication
- Be sent automatically when you request to log in or register
- Be delivered through our service provider (including Twilio)
- Be used solely for account security and authentication purposes
- Not be used for marketing, promotional, or other non essential purposes
SMS Terms
- Message Frequency: you will receive SMS messages each time you log in or register using your phone number
- Cost: standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
- Carrier Liability: we are not liable for delays in SMS delivery due to carrier transmission issues
- Supported Carriers: service works with major US mobile carriers but availability may vary by carrier and location
Opting Out
Because SMS verification codes are essential for security when using phone based login:
- You cannot opt out of verification messages if using phone based authentication
- Alternative: you may use email based registration and login instead
- To stop receiving messages permanently, you must delete your account

User Obligations and Conduct
Drivers Must:
- Provide truthful information about qualifications and experience
- Hold a valid CDL license when applying for positions
- Respond professionally to company communications
- Not misrepresent credentials or experience level
Companies Must
- Be legitimate businesses legally authorized to hire CDL drivers
- Provide accurate information about job opportunities, compensation, and requirements
- Provide accurate company information, including valid MC Number if applicable
- Comply with all applicable employment and workplace laws
- Not discriminate in hiring practices
- Not post fraudulent or misleading job opportunities
- Not request sensitive personal information from drivers through the Platform (such as Social Security Number or banking details)
IMPORTANT: RPMile is not responsible for job offer changes, cancellations, or withdrawal of offers. Companies and drivers are solely responsible for confirming terms and completing hiring agreements outside of the Platform.
All Users Must Not:
- Use the Platform for illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the Platform
- Scrape, copy, or collect user data without permission
- Interfere with Platform functionality or security
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Content and Communications
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you submit to the Platform (profile information, messages, applications, offers)
- Ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third party rights
- The accuracy and completeness of your profile information
License to RPMile
By posting content on our Platform, you grant RPMile a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and maintaining the Platform.
RPMile does not sell user generated content to third parties.
Prohibited Content
You may not post content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
- Contains confidential or proprietary information without authorization
- Is discriminatory, harassing, or threatening
- Contains viruses or malicious code
- Violates any laws or regulations
Monitoring and Removal
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:
- Monitor user content and communications
- Remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
Sensitive Information Warning
The Platform may allow messaging and document sharing between drivers and companies. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
You agree that you will not upload, send, or request sensitive personal information through the Platform, including:
- Social Security Numbers (SSN)
- Bank account information
- Debit or credit card information
- Passwords or verification codes
- Medical records unless required for hiring compliance
RPMile is not responsible for losses resulting from users voluntarily sharing sensitive information with other users.
We reserve the right to remove attachments and restrict accounts if we believe shared content creates security, fraud, or privacy risks.
Fraud, Safety, and Reporting
RPMile is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. However, we do not guarantee that all Platform users are legitimate, qualified, or truthful.
Reporting Fraud, Abuse, or Unsafe Conduct
If you believe a user is engaging in fraud, harassment, scams, impersonation, discrimination, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity, report it immediately by contacting: support@rpmile.com
Emergency Situations
If you believe you are in immediate danger or a crime is occurring, call 911 immediately before contacting RPMile.
Investigation Rights
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:
- Review messages, attachments, profiles, and activity logs
- Remove or restrict access to content
- Suspend or permanently ban users
- Preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities
We may take these actions without notice when we believe it is necessary to protect users, the Platform, or the public.
Job Applications and Offers
Applications (Drivers)
When you submit an application to a company:
- Your full profile becomes visible to that company
- You can submit only one application per company
- Companies may accept, reject, or contact you regarding your application
Drivers may withdraw an application if the Platform provides that functionality. However, companies may retain copies of applications, messages, and related records for legal compliance, internal hiring, and documentation purposes.
Job Offers (Companies)
When you send a job offer to a driver:
- You represent that you are authorized to make the offer
- The offer includes compensation amount, payment type, and job details
- Drivers may accept or reject your offer
- You may send multiple offers to the same driver over time
No Employment Relationship
IMPORTANT: RPMile is a job matching platform only.
We:
- Do not employ drivers
- Do not provide employment services
- Are not responsible for employment decisions
- Do not guarantee job placement or hiring
- Are not liable for disputes between drivers and companies
We do not verify driver credentials or company legitimacy beyond limited checks. Any limited checks do not guarantee accuracy.
All employment relationships are solely between drivers and companies. Each party is responsible for conducting their own due diligence, background checks, and compliance with employment laws.
Employment, Compensation, and Classification Disclaimer
RPMile is a job matching and communication platform only. RPMile is not a party to any agreement, employment relationship, or contractor relationship between drivers and companies.
RPMile does not:
- Guarantee that a driver will be hired or that a company will hire
- Guarantee wage rates, pay frequency, bonuses, benefits, home time, equipment conditions, or working conditions
- Guarantee payment of wages, salary, settlements, reimbursements, detention pay, layover pay, bonuses, or any other compensation
- Handle payroll, invoicing, tax withholding, or benefits administration
- Determine whether a driver is properly classified as a W2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor
- Provide legal advice regarding employment or tax classification
ALL COMPENSATION AND HIRING TERMS MUST BE CONFIRMED DIRECTLY BETWEEN DRIVER AND COMPANY.
Messaging and Privacy
Direct Messaging
Our Platform enables direct communication between drivers and companies:
- Messages are private between the two parties
- Conversation history is maintained
- You can attach documents to messages
- Messages may be delivered in real time
Privacy Protections
- Driver names are hidden from companies until job offers are accepted or applications are submitted
- Contact information is shared only between matched parties
- We do not share user information with third parties for marketing purposes

Fees and Payments
Current Service
RPMile is currently free to use for drivers and companies. We reserve the right to:
- Introduce fees for certain features in the future
- Require payment for premium services
- Modify our fee structure with advance notice
Payment Processing
If we introduce paid services:
- Payments will be processed through secure third party providers
- You agree to provide accurate payment information
- All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use
Intellectual Property
RPMile's Property
The Platform and its contents, including:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, and software
- The RPMile name, logo, and trademarks
- Platform design, layout, and compilation
are owned by or licensed to RPMile and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include:
- Commercial use without our permission
- Modification, copying, or distribution of Platform materials
- Reverse engineering of our software
- Use of our trademarks without authorization
Disclaimers
Platform As Is
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
This includes warranties of:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Availability, accuracy, or reliability
- Error free or uninterrupted service
- User generated content accuracy
No Verification
We do not:
- Verify driver credentials, licenses, or qualifications
- Confirm company legitimacy, MC Numbers, or business status
- Guarantee the accuracy of user provided information
- Conduct background checks on users
- Verify employment or compensation claims
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING INFORMATION AND CONDUCTING YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE.
RPMile may perform limited verification checks or use tools to detect fraud or abuse, but RPMile does not guarantee the identity, truthfulness, qualifications, licensing status, background, or legitimacy of any user.
Third-Party Services
We may use third party services (including Twilio) but are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or failures
- Third party terms and policies
- Security of third party services
- Delays in message delivery
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
No Liability for Damages
RPMile, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform
- Damages from user conduct or content
- Damages from employment relationships or hiring decisions
- Damages from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages from SMS message delays or failures
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- $100 USD
Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RPMile, RPMILE GROUP LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third party rights
- Content you submit to the Platform
- Your employment relationships or hiring decisions
- Disputes with other Platform users
Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion:
- Your access to the Platform will be terminated
- Your profile may be removed from public visibility
- Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
Certain records may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse other users
- Attempt to harm the Platform
- Use the Platform in ways we determine inappropriate
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and content
- Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive will continue to apply
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@rpmile.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except:
- Small claims court actions
- Disputes regarding intellectual property
- Claims for injunctive relief
Arbitration Rules:
- Conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Governed by AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules
- Held in Orlando, Florida or another location if mutually agreed
- Decided by a single arbitrator
- Arbitrator's decision is final and binding
Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
Arbitration Opt Out
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

Your notice must include your name, account email or phone number, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration.
Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for:
- Intellectual property infringement
- Unauthorized access or use
- Violations requiring immediate action
Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you waive your right to a jury trial for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RPMile regarding your use of the Platform.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by:
- Posting updated Terms on the Platform
- Updating the Last Updated date
- Notifying you via email or Platform notification for material changes
Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without your consent.
No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and RPMile.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Notices to you may be sent to the email or phone number associated with your account. Notices to us should be sent to:

Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Platform.
Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive termination.
California Users
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice:
