1. Ownership and Operator

These Company Subscription, Billing, Marketplace Access, and Fair Use Terms apply to business users who access or use RPMILE for recruiting, hiring, job posting, driver outreach, lead management, or marketplace access purposes.
2. Business Users and Company Accounts
Company accounts may be used only by legitimate carriers, fleets, recruiters, employers, owner-operator programs, dispatch-related businesses, leasing/equipment partners, or other authorized commercial users approved by RPMILE.
- The company is responsible for all activity under its account, including actions taken by employees, contractors, agents, recruiters, or third-party users with access to the account.
- The company must provide accurate business, contact, billing, and hiring information.
- RPMILE may reject, verify, suspend, limit, or terminate company accounts that RPMILE believes are inaccurate, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the marketplace.
3. Subscription Plans
RPMILE offers paid subscription plans for company users. Plan features, prices, limits, and billing cycles may be displayed at checkout, in the billing portal, or in a written order form. RPMILE may update plan features and prices from time to time, subject to applicable law and any written agreement with the company.

4. Job Offers
A Job Offer means a hiring-related opportunity, invitation, message, or job proposal sent by a company user to a driver through the RPMILE platform.
- Monthly Job Offer limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Unused Job Offers do not roll over to the next month unless RPMILE expressly states otherwise in writing.
- Job Offers may be used only for legitimate hiring, recruiting, trucking, owner-operator, or driver opportunity purposes.
- RPMILE does not guarantee that any Job Offer will result in a driver response, application, interview, hire, contract, or business result.
5. Driver Contact Unlocks
A Driver Contact Unlock allows a company user to access certain contact information or direct contact functionality for a specific driver where available. Driver contact information may include phone number, email address, or other contact methods submitted by the driver, depending on the driver profile and platform settings.
- Monthly Driver Contact Unlock limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Unused Driver Contact Unlocks do not roll over unless RPMILE expressly states otherwise in writing.
- Unlocked contact information may be used only for legitimate recruiting and hiring purposes.
- Companies may not sell, transfer, publish, scrape, export in bulk, share with unauthorized third parties, or use driver contact information for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, lead resale, or non-hiring purposes.
The purchase or use of a Driver Contact Unlock grants a limited right to contact the applicable driver for legitimate hiring, recruiting, owner-operator, or employment-related purposes only. Driver information remains subject to RPMILE platform rules and may not be copied into external databases, resold, licensed, transferred, or used for unrelated commercial purposes.
6. Unlimited Job Offers and Fair Use Policy
Enterprise plans may include Unlimited Job Offers. Unlimited Job Offers are provided for legitimate hiring activity only and are subject to RPMILE’s Fair Use Policy.
- Unlimited does not mean unlimited scraping, unlimited automated messaging, unlimited data export, unlimited lead harvesting, or unlimited use outside the intended hiring marketplace purpose.
- RPMILE may limit, throttle, review, suspend, or terminate Job Offer activity that appears abusive, automated, spam-like, unusually high-volume, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with legitimate recruiting activity.
- Prohibited activity includes bots, automated sending, mass identical messages at unreasonable volume, scraping, harvesting, circumventing contact unlocks, building external databases, or contacting drivers for unrelated promotions.
7. Active Job Posting and Accuracy of Information
Company users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job posts, offers, messages, and recruiting materials submitted through RPMILE.
- Companies must accurately disclose pay, CPM, salary, gross estimates, deductions, escrow, equipment charges, insurance charges, lease-purchase terms, owner-operator terms, home time, routes, equipment, benefits, requirements, location, and employment or contractor relationship details.
- RPMILE may remove, edit, reject, limit, or suspend job postings that RPMILE believes are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, incomplete, spam-like, or harmful to drivers or the platform.
- RPMILE is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading information provided by a company user.
8. Priority Placement, Filters, Analytics, and Support
Certain plans may include Priority Placement, Advanced Driver Filters, Advanced Hiring Analytics, Priority Support, or Premium Support. These features are provided as platform tools and do not guarantee impressions, clicks, responses, applications, interviews, hires, revenue, or any specific outcome.
RPMILE may display, rank, rotate, recommend, or organize driver profiles, job postings, and company listings based on platform rules, relevance, driver preferences, account activity, plan level, location, compliance status, and other marketplace factors.
9. Billing, Payment Authorization, Auto-Renewal, and Taxes
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, usually monthly, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written order form.
- By purchasing a subscription, the company authorizes RPMILE GROUP LLC and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and authorized charges.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
- The company is responsible for all applicable taxes, payment processor fees, bank fees, and chargeback-related fees unless prohibited by law.
- RPMILE may suspend or terminate access for failed payments, disputed payments, chargebacks, fraud risk, or billing violations.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A company may cancel its subscription through the billing portal, account settings, or support channel made available by RPMILE. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or agreed by RPMILE in writing.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for unused Job Offers, unused Driver Contact Unlocks, lack of driver responses, lack of applications, lack of interviews, lack of hires, dissatisfaction with marketplace results, partial billing periods, failure to cancel before renewal, or account suspension due to policy violations. RPMILE may issue refunds, credits, or adjustments at its sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. If a company initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, bank reversal, ACH reversal, or similar payment challenge after receiving access to subscription benefits, Job Offers, Driver Contact Unlocks, marketplace visibility, recruiting tools, analytics, or other platform features, RPMILE may suspend or terminate access immediately. RPMILE reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide records demonstrating account access, feature usage, login activity, accepted Terms, subscription activity, Driver Contact Unlock activity, Job Offer activity, billing history, and related account records. The company remains responsible for unpaid subscription fees, chargeback fees, collection costs, bank fees, processing fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by RPMILE in connection with recovering amounts owed, where permitted by law. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent removal from the RPMILE platform.
11. No Hiring Guarantee; Platform Role
RPMILE is a technology marketplace and SaaS platform. RPMILE does not act as an employer, staffing agency, transportation broker, employment agency, motor carrier, dispatch service, background check provider, payroll provider, or legal compliance service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
RPMILE does not guarantee driver responses, applications, interviews, qualified candidates, hires, contracts, revenue, filled trucks, compliance outcomes, or business results. Companies pay for access to platform tools, marketplace features, visibility, Job Offers, Contact Unlocks, filters, analytics, and related functionality, not for guaranteed hiring outcomes.
11A. Driver Information Disclaimer
Driver profiles, resumes, CDL information, endorsements, employment history, driving experience, safety history, qualifications, certifications, availability, compensation expectations, equipment experience, contact information, and other driver-submitted information are provided by drivers or third parties and may not be independently verified by RPMILE. RPMILE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, timeliness, or truthfulness of any driver information available through the platform. Companies are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, interviews, screening, CDL verification, employment verification, background checks, MVR reviews, safety reviews, qualification reviews, and hiring evaluations before making employment or contractor decisions. Any reliance on information available through RPMILE is at the company's own risk.
12. Employment, Transportation, DOT/FMCSA, and Classification Compliance
Company users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including employment, independent contractor, trucking, motor carrier, wage and hour, payroll, tax, safety, insurance, and transportation regulations.
- Companies remain responsible for hiring decisions, onboarding, employment paperwork, I-9/work authorization, payroll, benefits, contractor classification, wage and hour rules, and employment-law compliance.
- Companies remain responsible for DOT/FMCSA compliance, operating authority, driver qualification files, CDL verification, medical cards, drug and alcohol testing, safety rules, MVRs, insurance, equipment compliance, and all motor carrier obligations.
- Companies may not use RPMILE in a manner that violates anti-discrimination laws or discriminates based on protected status under federal, Florida, or other applicable law.
13. Background Checks, MVRs, FCRA, and DPPA
Unless RPMILE expressly provides a separate verification service in writing, RPMILE does not perform background checks, MVR checks, employment verification, drug testing, immigration/work authorization verification, safety qualification, or legal compliance screening for companies.
If a company uses any background check, MVR, consumer report, investigative report, or third-party screening provider in connection with a driver, the company is solely responsible for complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, DOT/FMCSA rules, and applicable state laws.
14. Communications With Drivers
Companies are responsible for ensuring that all communications with drivers comply with applicable communication, privacy, advertising, telemarketing, email, text-message, consent, and opt-out laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any applicable Florida requirements.
- Companies may not harass drivers, misrepresent job terms, ignore opt-out requests, send unrelated promotions, use misleading subject lines, or repeatedly contact drivers who do not wish to be contacted.
- RPMILE may restrict communication features if RPMILE believes a company is abusing driver trust, violating platform rules, or creating legal or reputational risk.
15. Data Restrictions, Anti-Scraping, and Security
Companies may access driver data only as permitted by RPMILE and only for legitimate hiring and recruiting purposes. Companies may not scrape, harvest, crawl, index, copy, reverse engineer, bulk export, resell, publish, or create external databases from RPMILE data.
Companies must protect any driver information accessed through RPMILE using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and must notify RPMILE promptly of any unauthorized access, misuse, breach, or suspected security incident involving RPMILE data.
15A. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions
Companies may not use RPMILE data, driver profiles, resumes, contact information, communications, marketplace activity, analytics, search results, or any information obtained through RPMILE to train, fine-tune, develop, improve, test, validate, benchmark, or operate any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, automated decision-making system, recruiting algorithm, predictive model, or similar technology. Companies may not export, collect, aggregate, copy, or process RPMILE data for the purpose of creating datasets used in artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and may result in legal action by RPMILE GROUP LLC.
16. Suspension, Termination, and Platform Protection
RPMILE may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a company violates these Terms, fails to pay fees, misuses driver data, sends spam, posts misleading jobs, violates applicable law, harms drivers, creates risk to RPMILE, or otherwise acts in a way that may damage the marketplace. Suspension or termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle the company to a refund.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPMILE GROUP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, failed hires, unfilled trucks, driver no-shows, downtime, data loss, or marketplace results, even if RPMILE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPMILE’s total liability arising out of or related to a company subscription or platform use will not exceed the amounts paid by the company to RPMILE for the applicable subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
Without limiting the foregoing, RPMILE shall not be liable for inaccurate driver information, driver misconduct, hiring decisions, employment disputes, contractor disputes, regulatory violations, failed placements, failed recruiting efforts, driver turnover, driver fraud, identity misrepresentation, qualification issues, licensing issues, insurance issues, safety issues, or any actions or omissions of drivers or companies using the platform.
18. Indemnification
The company agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RPMILE GROUP LLC, its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- the company’s job posts, offers, communications, hiring decisions, driver relationships, employment practices, contractor relationships, lease-purchase terms, owner-operator arrangements, pay practices, deductions, escrow, insurance charges, or equipment charges;
- the company’s violation of law, DOT/FMCSA rules, employment rules, privacy rules, anti-discrimination rules, communication rules, or these Terms;
- the company’s misuse of driver information, contact data, or RPMILE platform features;
- any claim by a driver or third party related to the company’s actions or omissions.
19. Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, Governing Law, and Venue
Subject to attorney review and applicable law, disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, a company subscription, billing, platform access, or use of RPMILE should be resolved through individual arbitration rather than a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Companies waive the right to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where court proceedings are permitted, venue and jurisdiction should be in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
