How can we help you?

Yes — completely free. Drivers create a profile, get matched, apply to positions, and message companies at zero cost. We charge companies for platform access, not drivers.

Most drivers see their first company matches within 48 hours of completing their profile. The more preferences you set (route type, trailer type, compensation), the faster and more precise your matches become.

No. RPMile is a direct-match platform — no recruiters, no middlemen. Companies can only contact you after you have applied to them or accepted their offer. Your phone number and email are never exposed. No cold calls.

Only verified carriers on the platform — and only at the match and search stage. Your contact details are never visible until you engage with a company directly by applying or accepting an offer.

Yes, RPMile is built for licensed CDL-A and CDL-B drivers. If you're currently in training or waiting on your license, you can still create a profile and set your experience level — companies can find you when you're ready.

Yes. You can apply to as many companies as you want simultaneously. You can send one application per company. Focus on your highest match scores first — those are your best opportunities.

A company can send you a direct offer with a pay rate, payment type, and message. You can accept or reject it. If you accept, a private conversation opens automatically so you can discuss next steps directly with the hiring team.

You won't receive notifications for profile views. You'll only be contacted when a company sends you a job offer or responds to your application. No unsolicited outreach.

Immediately after completing your company profile and setting your search preferences. Once your MC number is verified, your hiring search is live. Matches are generated in real time.

Your MC (Motor Carrier) number proves you're a licensed carrier with the FMCSA. It's how we ensure only legitimate trucking operations access driver profiles. Drivers expect this — it's a major trust signal that increases your application rate.

Yes. You can send a job offer to any driver who appears in your search results. If they accept, a conversation opens automatically. You cannot send unsolicited direct messages — all outreach goes through the offer system.

The score (0–100%) measures how well a driver's preferences align with your hiring requirements across 7 weighted factors: operating states (25 pts), trailer types (20 pts), truck types (15 pts), route type (15 pts), compensation structure (10 pts), payment method (10 pts), and experience level (5 pts). An 80%+ match is a strong hire candidate.

Yes. Drivers see your company name, MC number, fleet size, operating states, description, and match score before applying. This transparency helps drivers self-select — meaning you receive more motivated, qualified applicants.

Yes. You can send multiple offers to the same driver over time — useful if your compensation changes or you have different positions available. Each offer is independent and can be accepted or rejected separately.

Try expanding your state filters or relaxing endorsement requirements. You can update your hiring preferences anytime from your dashboard. Our driver network grows weekly — matches that don't exist today may appear within days.

You receive their full profile as an application. You can review their details, contact them directly (which opens a real-time conversation), or decline the application. Pending applications are flagged until you take action.

We compare a driver's preferences against a company's hiring requirements across 7 weighted criteria. Each factor has a maximum point value based on how critical it typically is to a successful placement: operating states (25 pts), trailer types (20 pts), truck types (15 pts), route type (15 pts), compensation structure (10 pts), payment method (10 pts), and experience level (5 pts). Scores above 80% indicate strong alignment.

Yes. The more completely you fill out your preferences, the more accurately the algorithm can match you. For drivers: add route type, trailer preferences, and compensation expectations. For companies: specify the states you operate in and exactly what you're looking for. Specificity = better matches.

It means both sides align strongly on the factors that matter most — location, trailer type, and route type. Matches above 80% have the highest contact-to-hire rates on the platform. We recommend prioritizing these above all others.

If no perfect matches exist within your selected filters, we surface the best available options so your search isn't empty. You can always narrow results further using the state filter in your search interface.

In real time. Every time a driver or company updates their profile or preferences, new matches are calculated immediately. There's no delay — changes take effect the moment you save.

Every company must provide a valid MC (Motor Carrier) number, which we cross-reference with FMCSA carrier data. Companies with suspended, inactive, or invalid operating authority cannot access driver profiles or post positions. No verification — no access.

Never publicly. Your contact details are only accessible when you explicitly connect with a company — either through an accepted offer or when they contact you via your application. Even then, communication begins inside the platform.

No. RPMile is an independent direct-matching platform. We have no recruiters, no placement fees, and no middlemen. When a driver and company connect, they talk directly — we just facilitate the introduction.

Use the report function in any conversation or on any company profile. Our team reviews all reports and can suspend or permanently remove company accounts. Driver safety and platform integrity are non-negotiable.

For drivers: always free — profile creation, applications, messaging, and offers. For companies: free during the current phase. We'll communicate clearly before any paid features are introduced.
