RPMILE GROUP LLC — Driver Registration Consent, Profile Visibility, Data Sharing, and Communications Notice

For drivers creating an RPMILE account, driver profile, or job-matching marketplace profile.

1. Ownership and Operator

RPMILE, including the RPMILE website, driver marketplace, driver profiles, job matching tools, communications, and related services, is owned and operated by RPMILE GROUP LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

By creating a driver account or submitting driver information through RPMILE, the driver acknowledges that RPMILE GROUP LLC collects, uses, stores, displays, and shares driver information as described in this Driver Registration Consent, the RPMILE Privacy Policy, and applicable platform terms.

2. Voluntary Driver Account and Marketplace Profile

A driver account is created voluntarily by a driver who wants to participate in the RPMILE marketplace, receive job opportunities, be discoverable by companies, or communicate with carriers, fleets, recruiters, owner-operator programs, and related hiring partners.

The driver understands that creating a profile may make certain profile information visible or available to authorized company users for legitimate recruiting, job-matching, hiring, owner-operator, or related commercial driving opportunity purposes.

3. Driver Information RPMILE May Collect

RPMILE may collect information submitted by the driver or generated through platform use, including:

name, email address, phone number, location, city, state, ZIP code, and preferred contact methods;
CDL type, driving experience, equipment/trailer experience, endorsements, work preferences, desired routes, home-time preferences, desired pay, availability, and employment preferences;
owner-operator status, truck/trailer information, insurance or equipment preferences, and related opportunity preferences where applicable;
profile photos, resumes, documents, notes, messages, job offer activity, application activity, contact unlock activity, communication logs, device data, IP address, and account activity;
other information the driver chooses to submit through forms, chats, messages, uploads, or support requests.

By creating a driver account, the driver authorizes RPMILE GROUP LLC to display, share, disclose, and make available the driver’s profile information, job preferences, experience information, and contact information to authorized carriers, fleets, recruiters, employers, owner-operator programs, and other hiring-related or trucking opportunity partners using the RPMILE platform.

Driver information may be used by authorized company users to review driver fit, send Job Offers, contact the driver, discuss employment or contractor opportunities, and evaluate potential hiring or owner-operator relationships.
Driver contact information may become available to subscribed company users through Driver Contact Unlocks or other RPMILE-approved access features.
RPMILE may use driver information to match drivers with opportunities, recommend jobs, improve search results, provide analytics, verify account activity, prevent fraud, and operate the marketplace.
RPMILE does not authorize companies to sell, resell, publish, scrape, bulk export, or use driver information for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or non-hiring purposes.

By providing contact information and creating a driver account, the driver agrees that RPMILE and authorized company users may contact the driver about account activity, job matches, Job Offers, recruiting opportunities, driver profile updates, marketplace messages, support, and related platform services.

Communications may include email, phone calls, SMS/text messages, in-app messages, push notifications, or other communication methods supported by RPMILE.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on driver activity, account settings, job matches, and company outreach.
The driver may opt out of certain communications where required or supported, including by using unsubscribe links, replying STOP to SMS messages where applicable, changing account preferences, or contacting RPMILE support.
Transactional, security, account, legal, billing, and safety-related messages may still be sent where permitted by law even if the driver opts out of marketing or promotional messages.

6. Driver Data Accuracy and Responsibility

The driver is responsible for providing accurate, current, and truthful information. The driver should not submit false CDL information, false experience, misleading employment history, inaccurate equipment information, or information the driver is not authorized to share.

The driver should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through public profile fields or chat messages, including Social Security numbers, bank account information, medical details, immigration documents, or other sensitive documents unless RPMILE specifically requests them through a secure and appropriate process.

7. No Employment Relationship; No Job Guarantee

RPMILE is a technology marketplace and job-matching platform. RPMILE is not the driver’s employer, carrier, payroll provider, dispatch service, legal advisor, or guarantor of employment. RPMILE does not guarantee that a driver will receive Job Offers, responses, interviews, employment, contracts, income, routes, pay, or any specific result.

Drivers are responsible for evaluating opportunities, company terms, compensation, deductions, lease-purchase terms, owner-operator arrangements, safety requirements, and any employment or contractor relationship before accepting an offer.

8. Company Responsibility and Third-Party Contacts

Carriers, fleets, recruiters, employers, owner-operator programs, leasing/equipment partners, and other company users are independent third parties. RPMILE is not responsible for a company’s hiring decisions, pay practices, employment practices, lease-purchase terms, owner-operator terms, deductions, escrow, equipment charges, insurance charges, background checks, MVR checks, drug testing, DOT/FMCSA compliance, or communications outside the RPMILE platform.

If a company contacts a driver after receiving driver information through RPMILE, that company is responsible for complying with applicable employment, privacy, communication, anti-discrimination, DOT/FMCSA, background check, and transportation laws.

9. Background Checks, MVRs, and Screening

Unless RPMILE expressly states otherwise, RPMILE does not perform background checks, MVR checks, drug testing, employment verification, immigration/work authorization verification, or driver qualification screening on behalf of companies. If a company requests or performs screening, the company is responsible for required notices, authorizations, legal compliance, and use of the results.

RPMILE may rely on information provided directly by drivers and does not independently verify all CDL status information, endorsements, employment history, driving experience, safety records, qualifications, certifications, availability, compensation expectations, or other profile information. Companies are responsible for conducting their own verification and due diligence processes.

10. Privacy Policy and Data Rights

This Driver Registration Consent should be used together with the RPMILE Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information RPMILE collects, how it is used, how it is shared, how long it may be retained, how the driver may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure, and how RPMILE protects personal information.

The driver may contact RPMILE to request account assistance, profile updates, communication preference changes, or deletion of account information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, and legitimate business retention requirements.

11. Security and Misuse

RPMILE may restrict, suspend, or remove driver accounts that RPMILE believes are false, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, duplicated, or harmful to drivers, companies, or the marketplace. RPMILE may also limit access to protect driver data, prevent scraping, prevent spam, and enforce platform rules.

During driver registration, RPMILE presents the driver with a required Driver Profile and Data Sharing consent checkbox and a communications consent checkbox. The exact consent language presented at registration is recorded, versioned, and logged together with the driver’s acceptance.
